History

In 1991 Ronnie and Joan Doss from Eufaula, Alabama surendered to be missionaries to Honduras. In the city of La Esperanza the doors opened to all them to purchase property to begin the work. Originally, they planned to start a Bible institute and plant churches. After a short time there, people began bringing kids that had no parents to the property. It was then "Home of Love" children's home was established in 1997.

For over 25 years, Home of Love has provided a home, food, and education for many orphans in Honduras. The staff provide a safe place to grow and learn as trade school and Bible school classes are provided at no cost.

In addition to starting Home of Love, Central American Missions has also been instrumental in 22 churches planted as well as a continuing kitchen ministry that feeds 300+ local Honduran families weekly.
